Facility Rental Information

Reservations and Availability
The Center is available for rent Monday through Thursday after 4 pm. All day Saturday and Sunday evenings. Some day times may be available. Please call or stop in for more information.

How we Rent the Center
The building is rented on an hourly basis with a two hour minimum required. A deposit is also required. Renters are responsible for set up and clean up.

Facilities
Main Hall and Stage
Seats 150 comfortably with a 300 person maximum capacity. Serving access from a fully equipped kitchen.

Large Classroom
Accommodates 15-30 guests classroom or theatre style.

Small Classsroom/Library
Accommodates 8-10 guests.

Kitchen
Full service includes stove, oven, dishwasher, service and utensils.

Equipment Available
Chairs: 150 (qty)
Tables: 12 each 6' foot, 12 each 7' foot, 22 each 8' foot, 5 each 48" Round
Sound System (Request in advance)
Podium, Piano or Organ, Microphone

Parking
50 spaces at the Center, overflow available on the street and by the park.

Center
East County Senior Center is a non-smoking facility, but alcohol is allowable with a permit.
